Eva is accepting new patients. New clients must call Amber at (970) 808-EASE (3273) to schedule. (Online booking for Initial/ 2nd Avatar and Acupuncture visits are not available.)

Our office manager Amber works remotely and is online and available to help during the following days and times:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Thursdays and Weekends: Not available

If you are calling outside of these times, rest assured that Amber will get back to you once she is back online. Your patience is appreciated while she works to return all communications as soon as possible.

Cancellation/Appointment Policy: Any missed or late cancelled visit, will be invoiced at 100% of the booked appointment rate. Please give 48 hours notice when needing to rebook or cancel an appointment. New clients will automatically be charged to the credit card that has been saved on file.

Make sure we have your correct and current email on file; you will receive an appointment confirmation (3) days before your scheduled appointment.
